Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jijibet will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures, unless retention is required by a specific legal obligation or ongoing regulatory investigation.

jijibet strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming. jijibet does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21.
If jijibet discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated personal data will be deleted (subject to any legal retention obligations), and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's prescribed procedures.
